1 large rubber patch 1.875” x 1.25” (4.76 cm x 3.17 cm), 1 small rubber patch 1.5”(2.85 cm) diameter, 2 large adhesive PVC patches 1.97” x 1.26” (5 cm x 3.2 cm), 2 small adhesive patches .98” x .98” (2.5 cm x 2.5 cm), 1 metal rasp, 1 applicator brush, 1 tube of adhesive - .3 fl. oz. (8.8 ml)
Instructions:
Puncture inner seal of the adhesive tube using the pointed cap before use. Follow all pertinent steps and test a small area before use.
PVC:
Wipe vinyl surface to be repaired with clean cloth and soap to remove any oil residue and debris. Ensure the surface is dry and free of soap before continuing.
Apply adhesive and spread evenly with the supplied applicator brush over an area 50% larger than the patch to be applied.
Use the appropriately sized PVC patch and cut to size and ensure that the corners are rounded to prevent catching.
Remove the protective backing and ensuring to not touch the adhesive side, apply the patch on the glue/tear.
Ensure to remove any air bubbles underneath using your fingers or a coin.
Let cure for a minimum of 24 hours to 48 hours (recommended).
If in the field or an unsuitable environment, the adhesive vinyl patch can be used standalone as a field repair patch. Simply follow all steps without step #2 and #6. This is a temporary fix.
Rubber:
Wipe rubber surface to be repaired with rubbing alcohol to remove any oil residue and debris.
Roughen area around the puncture/rip with the included metal rasp.
Apply adhesive and spread evenly with the supplied applicator brush over an area 50% larger than the patch to be applied.
Use the appropriately sized rubber patch and remove the foil backing and apply to the area ensuring that all edges are pressed down firmly, and no air bubbles are present.
Let cure for a minimum of 24 hours to 48 hours (recommended).
Optional: Carefully peel the clear plastic top film off, making sure not to lift the edges, or simply trim the excess overhanging film off with scissors.
ALWAYS WASH HANDS THOROUGHLY AFTER HANDLING.
DANGER: EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE. EYE IRRITANT.
Harmful vapour if inhaled, use in a well-ventilated area. Contains toluene. Do not use near heat, sparks or flames. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not take internally and avoid breathing of vapors. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
First Aid:
In case of eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes and get medical attention. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, get medical attention. If a person experiences breathing difficulty, dizziness or headaches, relocate to an area with fresh air. If symptoms persist, get medical attention. If ingested, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately.
