If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. Whether you made your purchase online or in a store, you may return or exchange it by mail or in store. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us, we will do our best to make things right!
Returned items must be accompanied by a receipt and in saleable condition. Products will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. Items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
Shipping fees charged at time of order will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept COD orders. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Backcountry Supplies reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges. Ammunition, gunpowders, and primers may not be returned due to safety considerations.
Simply contact us by email, phone, or in person and we will arrange to reverse the transaction. We will also give you a Return Authorization Number that needs to be included in the package when you ship it back to us.
Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Final Sale items that cannot be returned include:
- Ammunition, gun powder, primers or reloading components
- Binary explosive products (Tannerite and Sonic Boom)
- Bear or dog spray
- Food processing equipment
- Footwear insoles
- Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards
- Special Orders
- Tree stands and ladder stands
